At Wigglebean Acres, we warrant that each puppy is in good health at the time the buyer takes ownership. Our puppies are raised in a loving home environment with dedicated care to ensure their well-being. We take extensive measures to prevent and manage common parasites such as worms, fleas, ear mites, and coccidia. However, because these conditions are common in dogs, we cannot guarantee against parasites or illnesses including worms, fleas, ticks, coccidia, parvo, mange, or giardia. No express or implied guarantees are made regarding these conditions.

For buyers who intend to breed, please note that our recommendation is not to breed the dog before 18 to 24 months of age. Wigglebean Acres does not guarantee the dog’s suitability as a breeder.

Veterinary Examination:
We strongly recommend that you have a licensed veterinarian examine your puppy within 48 hours of receiving it (excluding weekends and holidays). If your veterinarian determines the puppy to be in unacceptable health and the puppy is returned to Wigglebean Acres within 24 hours of the exam, we will gladly offer an exchange for another puppy of similar sex, size, and color if available. A written statement from your veterinarian is required for all health-related returns or exchanges.

Please note, Wigglebean Acres is not responsible for any veterinary expenses or medications incurred. In the unfortunate event of the puppy’s death within the first 10 days, an autopsy performed at the buyer’s expense will be required. Upon receipt and review of the autopsy and veterinary reports, a replacement puppy may be issued if a genetic defect is confirmed. No replacements will be issued after 10 days. If an autopsy is not performed, no replacement will be provided, and the contract will be considered void.

Deposit and Refund Policy:
A refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy. If any unforeseen circumstance arises while the puppy is in our care prior to pick-up, you will receive a full refund or the option to choose another available puppy or wait for the next litter.

Puppies must be picked up within 10 days of notification; otherwise, the puppy will be returned to the market for sale.
