It’s a natural question—and a very common one. Many new puppy parents worry about sending a puppy alone in a crate, or how stressful the experience might be. But rest assured, shipping is very safe and humane, and the process is carefully regulated.
In fact, we believe it’s often harder for the humans than the puppies! Airlines are meticulous in their care—temperature-controlled cabins (typically kept around 70°F), gentle handling, and fast transfers mean your pup is in good hands.
✈️ What the Journey Looks Like
Flight Time: Most flights range between 4 to 6 hours. Your puppy is the last to board and the first to deplane, ensuring minimal wait time.
Comfort Setup: We prepare a cozy crate with:
Absorbent bedding (shredded paper or puppy pads)
A chew treat like a pig ear
A soft toy or sock with our scent to comfort your pup
Frozen water bowl (melts gradually during the flight)
Taped instructions and feeding schedule for airline staff
